Monitoring and Evaluation Plan

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan is a document that allows monitoring and evaluation of the outcomes of interventions throughout the program. It is a living document which should be consulted and updated from time to time. Although the details of the M&E plan seem to be different for each program, they should all follow the same basic structure and have the same key elements. The M&E plan includes some documents that may have been created during program planning and others that need to be redone. For example, elements such as a logic model/logical framework, a theory of change, and monitoring indicators may already be developed with input from key stakeholders and/or program funders. Membership and Membership Plan takes these documents and develops another plan for their implementation.
