Quarterly Disbursement Request Package
The QDRP will determine the resources required to implement the program during the next quarter and should be based on the current status of the projects and activities reflected in the program’s work schedule. The file contains information for carrying out program activities; financial management; purchase, endorsement and affiliation campaigns; Progress towards compact or threshold program objectives (defined by indicators and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) objectives; and the current state of payment terms). The dossier also describes budget commitments and estimated payments for the duration of the grant.
